This course will focus on human movement from a biomechanical perspective including identifying specific muscles and muscle groups and describing exercises for strengthening and developing those muscles.

This course focuses on the physiological responses and adaptations to exercise experienced by the cardiovascular, thermoregulatory, and neuromuscular systems of the body.
